The Stand-Off MPV Bracket is an innovative, adjustable bracket designed for securely fastening metal panel veneers to exterior walls while virtually eliminating thermal bridging. It also provides a mechanical fastening solution for cavity insulation, ensuring compliance with modern building codes.

Traditional Z-furring methods violate 2006, 2009, 2012, and 2015 IEC requirements for continuous insulation over exterior sheathing in light-gauge metal-framed walls. The Stand-Off MPV Bracket solves this issue, allowing for proper ventilation, insulation performance, and energy efficiency.

EASY INSTALLATION

  1. Mark and install Stand-Off MPV Brackets at required spacing.
  2. Secure the base plate with fasteners.
  3. Install insulation (rigid, semi-rigid, or spray foam).
  4. Adjust the top plate to the desired plane.
  5. Fasten continuous connection hardware.
  6. Install the rain screen veneer bracket and veneer.
