X-SEAL TAPE is an adhesive-backed tape designed to provide additional protection against air and moisture infiltration when applied behind the X-SEAL Anchor. It ensures a tight seal, enhancing the effectiveness of the anchoring system.

  • UV-resistant for up to 90 days

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Apply in continuous lengths for optimal adhesion
  • Surface must be clean, dry, and free from oils, dirt, dust, rust scales, or other materials that could reduce adhesion
  • Apply starting from the bottom of the wall, working upwards, and use a 3" roller with even pressure for smooth application
  • For use on rigid insulation, apply Primer-SA Water-Based Primer before the tape to prevent loosening or curling during installation
