Windows and other wall openings are often the weakest points in moisture management. The Moisture Diverter™ integrates seamlessly with your rainscreen drainage plane to redirect moisture away from sensitive wall details, reducing the risk of damage and extending the life of your building envelope.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Position above openings: Install the Moisture Diverter™ directly above wall openings such as windows or doors. Ensure it is immediately above but not in contact with mounting flanges or flashing systems.
2. Ensure watertight seals: Secure the Moisture Diverter™ against moisture-resistant coatings on masonry or poured concrete walls.
3. Integrate with flashing: Overlap the Moisture Diverter™ shingle-fashion with flashing and the water-resistive barrier on framed walls.
4. Slope for drainage: Install with a 1/4 inch per foot slope to drain. Extend the Moisture Diverter™ at least 4 inches beyond the window mounting flange or trim on both sides of the opening.

• Material: 24-gauge galvanized steel
• Dimensions: 2.5" wide and 4' long
• Design: Bent into a V shape with a 65° angle, one leg 0.625" long, and the other 1.875" long
